Our Culture
Ratxen is a company based out in Delhi , India which is running for 5 years. The company is involved in the efficient and quality delivery towards MS Dynamics 365FO ( earlier AX or Axapta ) Implementation and support.
We further work on the development of the Mobile Apps and Web apps. The custom software development in progress phase by phase especially dedicated to some of our clients in Hotel, Wood and Furniture Industry, Internal designing Industry , Car dealer Management system , Work Permit for construction Industry , Plastic Industry , Education , Medical , HR & Payroll , Driver services etc. will become a part of our home-grown ERP to cater specific needs in the user-friendly way with the quality of ERP. The theme of the ERP design to include in these developments will be our core.
Team Ratxen is also working on the development of home-grown ERP system for small and mid-cap industries. The custom software development which has been dedicated to multiple clients ranging from medical to agriculture to Hotel etc. will at some point planned to be absorbed in Industry specific home-grown ERP system.

Ratxen with the tagline states the vision to innovate the Imagination. Whatever we imagine or ideate, our main goal is to achieve it with the quality and perseverance . Vison on three areas to focus : Implement and Support , Develop and Research. To achieve the excellence and expertise in MS Dynamics 365FO ( AX or Axapta ) , SAP and Business Central in coming years. The focus is on the Mobile First and then web and desktop and later organize the Next Generation team for the gaming , AI, ML and holo-gramming ( the word we derived for Holograms ) with electronics IOT . ( Develop )
